Homelessness is a major issue for young people. The DVD on www.neighbourhoodinvestor.com was made by a group of young people who lived at plus dane’s accommodation for 16-25 year olds in Hungerford Road, Crewe. The film depicts what it is like to be young and homeless but also gives advice about how to get help and support. The DVD is one of the tools used by plus dane to provide information and guidance to young people on issues like homelessness. The toolkit is also being used by Connexions to support the work they do with young people in education to try and prevent homelessness amongst young people.
